I have viruses

Every time a boot up Avast is alerting me about viruses. I have been logging what is appearing and so far these have come up...

Win32:Agent-LAP [Trj]
Win32:Tiny-IF [Trj]
Win32:Vundo-gen49 [Adw]
Win32:Vundo-gen48 [Adw]

I have attached the Hijack this info aswell. Please offer some advice.

PS I have tried a lot of software such as Spybot, Ad-Aware, AVG etc but they aren't budging.

*Update- Well, 2 weeks later...

I managed to fix this by simply running Prevx 2.0. It seemed to find everything and my computer is back to normal.
