I get a pop up a explorer diaglouge box with 2 button ok and cancel I cannot recall the text,, I close this box by clicking the X in the upper right corner then a browser window opens with winantivirus pro on it and another dialogue box appears and just has one button says OK I again close this box by clicking the x in the corner then I close the browser window and im on my desktop with the page I was veiwing before the popup gone,,
I realize there are very many and very detailed self help posts in this forum,
I have executed the details I have learned from those posts.
I ask for help only in desperation, and not ingnorance
I have exhausted my abillities and resources trying to rid this pop up
If you are willing to educated me on my problem please tell me the first step to do
