I think it's malware, but I'm not sure

My computer is used by 3 different people, so I have no idea which of us is guilty (I'll admit, it even could be me! :whistling: ) but somehow we got "something" that keeps shutting down the system. It automatically shuts itself down, no warning, no nothing. Just BAM! Black screen and then a reboot.

I've run my Anti-Virus (AVG) and it did find something (I posted a small screen shot of that below in attachment.) I moved it to "The Vault" but it wouldn't let me heal, not really sure if I need to do anything after that!

I also ran my anti-spyware and cleaned out a lot of stuff that way... but it's still doing this.

So, I downloaded hijackthis, and am posting my log. I really hope someone can help me!

Also, I should mention that yesterday my husband was on the computer and he had the "mysterious shutdown" and he got a box with a countdown. It was similar to a worm that we had probably 4 years ago he said, but he didn't remember what it said. :whistling: I'm hoping that while I have limited information, this could give someone some clue!
