Just get a 1967 amphicar.
Here is one on Ebay
Just helping out
I spent my summers on an island off the coast of Maine, that was separated from another island by a small channel. There were actually people who owned these cars and would use them to get from the other island to a church on our island. There was a ramp from the harbor to a parking lot, leftover from a ferry that used to travel between the 2 islands. They would just drive up the ramp and up the road to church. Sometimes there would be seaweed hanging from the propellors on the back of the car.
