Where are the settings to change it back to the first screenshot ?
I do not like the second style because the adjustment for the taskbar is not visible.

right click on START button/Properties/put dot in classic view/click ok
and also if you want you can also do this
Start/Control Panel/System/Advanced Tab/Performance/Settings/scroll down to bottom uncheck the last box...use visual styles and settings
that makes windows look classic as well.....if you dont like just repeat the steps and restore windows back to it same state ...put check in box and click ok
