Screensaver wont start

<JSG88> I cant get my screen saver to start no matter what I do. I have a windows Vista and Im using a wireless mouse. I read that if I go to run on the startup menu and type msconfig and then go to the startup tab and uncheck the box DVD Launcher.exe it should work, but when I went under the startup tab there wasnt a DVD Launcher.exe box.....What do I do to make my screen saver work?
