Well I need to get my project done by 9am and it's 4.42am now. I know I'm late. But better late than never for now. ):

I need to record something from a youtube video clip. Just the audio so I can add it into my project as a commercial break on Sony Acid Pro. Is there a program to record sounds that are being output from the computer?

Even basic Sound Recorder that come with Windows should be able to do it.
You may need to alter the recording source through the Windows Volume Controls.
