HP 7120 Spooling Problems

Hello, I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure this one out. I run a HEAVY printing business and due to this printer constant freezes it has caused me to miss a couple of deadlines...

Basically, it randomly stops printing if I give it more than one job.

I thought my wireless router (and the fact it was going through it) had something to do with it. I have since disconnected it and hooked it up directly via usb same problem...

I am running Windows XP and this problem comes up while trying to print e-mails from Outlook 2003.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
