winantivirus - and lots of pop ups

I have no idea if I'm using this forum correctly, but here goes... I recently have started to get many random popups as well as multiple pop ups for winantivirus as well as frequent messages stating things like, "you're computer may be infected...." "you're performance may be slow..." etc. I've run spybot, adaware, superantispyware, and vondufix, but the problem is unchanged. I ran hijackthis and got the following log:

You are running an old version of HJT. Download a copy of HJTInstall.exe from here and save it to your Desktop
  • Double click HJTInstall.exe to begin installation.
  • Accept the installation location, which by default is C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis or click the Browse... button if you want to chose somewhere else and then click Install
  • Once HJT has installed, a shortcut will be created on your Desktop and HJT will open automatically.
  • You will need to accept the EULA, if it appears, to be able to use the tool.
  • Close the program as you won't need to use it yet.
Do this BEFORE you proceed!

Rename your copy of hijackthis.exe to seek.exe and post a fresh log run in Normal Mode. It's possible that a nasty is interfering with the normal working of HJT in order to hide itself and renaming the .exe will get around this.
* Please note that you need to rename the file itself - renaming a shortcut will prove about as effective as a chocolate fireguard!

Also, run HJT and click on Open the Misc Tools section.
  • Click Open Uninstall Manager...
  • Click Save list... and save it to your Desktop.
  • Copy and paste the file uninstall_list.txt into your next reply.
