I've got a new machine, Intel Core Duo @ 2.66 GHz, 2 GB RAM, with a Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS video card, running Vista Home Premium.

Now I cannot install Warcraft III...the window hangs up in the middle of copying the war3.mpq file, but I can still use other windows. It's not the disk...I can install it fine in my older XP machine.

I've downloaded all the latest drivers from Nvidia, as well as the hotfixes from Microsoft for DirectX 10.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks, Ray.
