I just downloaded the free Ad-Aware 2007 and ran a scan. It stated it found 82 items, but I cannot seem to get anywhere to remove them, what am I doing wrong? I used to have adaware last year and had no problems with the old systme. Help!

Welcome to Geeks to Go!

If you find that you have malware that your ant-spyware programs fail to delete then follow these steps:

Please go to the Malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the Instructions to do before posting in the malware fourm.

If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
