I'm having a hard time trying to create a form for my website that displays comments.

I think user feedback is most definitely the most important thing for a website and that it will go nowhere without it, and my website has been languishing for the past few months.

The site is : www.gamerunknown.com.

Specific targets are:

1. To create a ranking system. (Similar to the stars on www.youtube.com or the thumbs up/down system on www.urbandictionary.com).

2. To create a comments section (Similar to the comments section on putfile.com, pretty basic.)

The closest I've gotten to forms on my site are: www.gamerunknown.com/testing.html (does nothing)

and: www.gamerunknown.com/email.php (not sure if that even works on most browsers).

If anyone has any tutorials they can link to, I'd really appreciate it.
