want to d/l messages from cell phone voice mail.

i bought some software compatible with my cell phone and also a cable from the phone to a usb port. it (the cd) also d/l a program called, "bitpim". i can see how to d/l my contacts, ring tones, etc, but not my voice mail messages. can someone help? these messages are really important to me. thanks, boyd bilbo.

cell phones do not store the voice mail messages on them....the voice mail messages are stored at your cell provider's location in a voice mail system...which is why you can't download them from your phone
