Zonealarm firewall settings

Sorry im not sure what section of the forums this goes in.
My Zonealarm firewall settings is the problem
I can only place the "Internet Zone Security" setting to "medium"
and i can only place my "Trusted Zone Security" up to "medium"
how can i place them to high....i used to be able to before...when i place it in high...the internet is basically just locked(can't use it)
pls help me

my inclination is that you somehow locked your self by agreeing to a setting.

What you want to do is kind of up to you.

What I would do is remove those settings, but then be prepared for a little setup as it relearns your preferences

If you have it checked, uncheck "load ZoneAlarm at startup" in the overview tab.

Reboot into safe mode.

Go into the folder named internet logs, which is located in your windows directory.

Open the folder and delete everything in it.

Reboot into windows as you normally would and start ZoneAlarm manually. Check "load ZoneAlarm at startup" again.

Reteach your firewall
