request to seperate the apple and linux catogory

hi, I am subcribed to the "all other operating systems" here and would just like it further sub catogorised into "linux" and "apple" since I get all the notifications on mac stuff too when I am a linux user, and I imagine that those on macs and not too interested in getting linux notifications either, nothing against macs but I am trying to keep my notification minimal and focused on my interest, aren't we all I imagine, thanks
