When I started up this morning, everything is enlarged and blurry. Icons, internet explorer, task bar, everything! I tried restarting twice. Nothing changed. How do I get back to normal size?

I also just downloaded Java Platform Standard Edition 6. Could this be the problem? Should I just remove it from my program list?
