lets take a look on whats running on your machine, where going to use a free diagnostics tool called HiJackThis, that can be found in my signature, please close all open windows and other programs, run the program and post a log on, then we can go from there <_<

DO NOT delete any of the stuff that apperes after you scan your computer, most of the stuff is either harmless or essential to your computer

Look in add/remove programs under control panel and uninstall Gator, or Claria if found. We also highly recommend removing BearShare and Kazaa, both are known to contain spyware in their basic installation.

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu).

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\ <- this folder
C:\program files\altnet\points manager\ <- this folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\CMEII\ <- this folder
C:\Program Files\Save\ <- this folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT\ <- this folder
C:\PROGRA~1\Altnet\DOWNLO~1\asm.exe <- this file

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. <_<

Please Download LSPFix from http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm and Run the Program. Disconnect from the Internet and close all Internet Explorer Windows. Check the "I know what I'm doing" Button and remove all traces of mwtsp.dll. Reboot.
