Hello all,

I have tried to get this machine clean using several programs (AdAware, Spybot, Microsoft AntiSpyware, HiJack This, McAfee VirusScan, etc.) and can't seem to get it all cleaned out. I am still, after all this cleaning, having popup problems, as well as getting an error message about a suspicious dll file every time I restart windows. Also, the Recycle Bin icon shows that it is not empty, but when you open it there is nothing showing as being there.

Hijack This will NOT fix the "020" entry, or if it does another one just like it with a different strange dll file will appear.
