MSN email settings causes shutdown

help. everytime i try to edit, check, delete my email settings under my MSN accounts, my entire MSN shuts down. it shows the message box saying "msn has encountered an error and needs to close."
the email works fine and so does my ISP homepage and internet.

You can try to delete and reset MSN by pressing Ctrl+Shift+F9 at the same time--at the login screen.

Or you can uninstall MSN completely. You must delete all the files and folders related to MSN. Then install a fresh new copy. Or you can contact them for support. Good luck.
