Hi, Hi, quetzaloflove1. Welcome to Geeks to Go!

Although I have not run into it before, I suppose it is possible for malware/spyware/bho's to affect other settings. You may want to check Managing Keyboard Settings to see if it will help.

Next, based on your PM, you need to update Ad-Aware to the latest version. It can be downloaded at these sites:

Download.com: http://www.download....page&tag=button
Major Geeks.com: http://majorgeeks.co...oad.php?det=506

Please then follow the instructions in the link below to configure Ad-Aware SE and post a logfile for review.

Thanks & see you soon. :tazz:

Hi, quetzaloflove1. Thanks for the PM indicating you solved the Ad-Aware update problem, but haven solved your keyboard issues.

A member of the team is researching this issue, having downloaded remapping tools for testing.

Hello quetzaloflove1

Let us know how far you progreesed with this issue when you can again.

I took the liberty of pulling in some remappers myself and the like and would like to help you correct that keyboard matter to your satisfaction.

Thanks.
