user Profile Loading Takes too Long

Good day all, I would like to know how do I stop the users profile from caching into the computer. We have tried mendatory profile still nothing. I would like to know how I can stop the system from saving the user profiles!

Caching is a normal computer operation to speed up operation. No cache means deadly-slow computers.
In any case, Windows is supposed to save user profiles. Those that take a while to load may be corrupt or anti-virus software can affect this part of the Windows startup.
