I have asked around about your problem and cannot find anyone who has seen this kind of problem. The fix from Microsoft should have worked. I am going to suggest that since your computer is clean of malware, you start a new thread in the software forum here at Geeks To Go. Those guys work with this kind of thing more and will likely be better equipped to deal with your issue.

Definately. Just post you screenshots and tell them about the problems that you are having.. tell them that your computer is clean of malware if they ask
