Hi, I'm getting this error message when I try to play a few .avi videos on WMP:

"Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help."

When you click the 'Web Help', it leads to the page for [C00D11B1]. The help page.

The page doesn't help, I know WMP isn't the greatest media player since I have quite a few (VLC, DivX etc). The only problem is that these files were watchable on WMP before, thats the only thing that bothers me otherwise I'm happy to watch them on other players. I was hoping that someone here can help me, and give it a shot (or two lol). I really like to get rid of the error message.
