Can someone help me get into my administrator files. There is a preset.ini file on my desktop that is not allowing me to log in as the administrator.

Files on a desktop do not affect the operation of any user account, much less the Administrator account.

Under normal Windows mode, Administrator is not accessible. It's only available from Safe Mode. Are you running Safe Mode or not?

Everytime I try to log on as the Administrator in safe mode it won't let me access it. If I go in as the owner it will let me in but I have limited access.
