there is a yellow marker on the security phishing filter , should it be removed & how do i remove it. also what is phishing filter ?

the phishing filter is a part of IE7 that is designed to help identify and catagorize phishing sites (phishing is the act of fooling you into giving personal info....like bank info...by imperssonating a REAL website...like your banks website) that yellow marker...is it a ? or a ! ? if it's a ? and it's down in the center of the bottom of your IE7 windows (down in the center of the bottom? does that make sense to anyone but me?) then that's the button you can click to request the phishing filter to CHECK the current website that you're on....it doesn't hurt anythinig to leave it alone
