connection issue

hey all. recently i have been having problems with my router(i think it's the router). the router has been connecting like normal for a few hours and then for no apparent reason it just decides to quite working. i try to open firefox, IE, various other apps. that require access to the internet and nothing connects. i have a linksys wireless-b broadband router, model-befw11s4 ver.4 with 2 PC's, and 2 xbox 360's connected, 2 PC's connected via wireless. any help would be much appreciated.
