Dream Scene for Vista Ultimate allows users to run a video as their desktop background, instead of a still image. You can choose from some videos already included, or you can use your own. I don't personally have Vista yet, and I don't intend on getting the Ultimate edition, but perhaps admin could let us know how it goes?
