How am I supposed to reinstall ntl netguard?

Guess what? Cannot get on to Ntl netguard because [CLSID_DOMDocument40] isn't loading correctly. How am I supposed to reinstall NTL netguard?

NTL netguard has been replaced by PC Guard since Ntl morphed into Telewest who then morphed into Blueyonder who have now morphed into Virgin Media.

Since PC Guard isn't very good, and NTL Netguard wasn't all that much better from Google searches, an ideal solution would be to just uninstall it and use something else, for example AVG or Avast.
