I got a music player a while ago, with some free software, that lets me put mp3's onto the music player. I only just tried to install it today. When I clicked to install it, it said 100% and everything, but then just went off screen. When I went to open the program, I jsut got a egg timer and then nothing even opened. So I tried to uninstall it, in the add or remove programs, and it says one of the files is corrupt and so it wont uninstall. I tried to delete the folder from program files, but it says it's in use when it's not even open. When I do try and open the program, it doesnt open but my computer goes really slow and my internet doesnt work either. It wont even let me the restart the computer, I just have to turn it on and off.
I want to know how to either get it to work (which would be the best thing) or how to uninstall it completley.

Thanks in advance.

I would try and do a full install again, and then try an uninstall.

I already tried that, each time I try to install again, it does the same thing over and over, but never uninstalls.

First things first lets get the files re associated so we can correctly install it.

To do that you do nothing other then to just install the program over itself. It will overwrite the files that it needs and you might get a complete installation.

Tried that but for some reason it's not got an option to let me put music on my music player which is why I wanted it in the first place. I dont think im so bothered about getting it to work now I just want it off my computer, but it says there's files corrupt when I try and uninstall.
