I have been having problems watching videos, both online and in windows media player.

What happens is the browser freezes, and gets the (Not Responding) at the top, then it comes back, and theres video. When the video rolls it stops after about 3 seconds and the video is still running, but what I actually see is a paused screen.

My video card is ATI Radeon X 1650 Pro, brand spankin new, and plays games fine.

If your concerned about it being your GPU, update your drivers from there site...
