GRAW 2 won't load next level

I just bought GRAW 2 yesterday, PC version, and have been trying to get past act 1 "recon in force". The gameplay is easy, it's just after I complete the level and go to the stats page, it shoots me right back to the same level over and over again. I even tried uninstalling the game and re-installing... Same thing. Any other GRAW players out there that are having this problem?
