Notes:
-Nail.exe continues to auto-generate itself - both in manual deletions and deletion with HTJ
-c:\windows\system32\asukrf.exe is really starting to tick me off. It auto-generates a random 6-7 characters, throws an exe in the end and appears as O4: - HKLM/.... I finally got it to disappear for a bit by removing it from the startup menu in MSconfig - but another one will replace it next time I start up. If I delete it (either manually or in hijack this or in Task Manager), a replacement pops up instantaneously (Task Manager doesn't even have time to decrement its process count before the new one has been started).

Hello forgottenlord, and welcome to Geeks to Go :tazz: Lets start with this. Please download "CleanUP!" from here.
Next run the downloaded file to install the program. Do not start the program yet.

Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files.

Remember you won't be able to access the internet from safe mode so make sure to print out these instructions if you cannot remember them or save them as a text file.

Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.
Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lzurdi] c:\windows\system32\asukrf.exe
O4 - Startup: PowerReg Scheduler V3.exe

Now click "Start", "Programs", and find "CleanUP!" and run it. Click the button to "Start Cleaning" and wait. When it's done it will ask you if you want to log off. Say "NO".

Now using windows explorer go and find the following files and delete them if found. Remember to make sure you can view hidden files and folders.

c:\windows\system32\asukrf.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

Now reboot the computer normally and post a new log with any new information about your situation.
