I have a 10.3.8 OSX and i plug the 256mb cruzer mini in the usb port and the drive shows up fine. I eject it and put it in my XP machine and it won't light up or show the drive. I get a little message saying "A problem occurred during hardware installation. your hardware may not work properly." Is there anyone who knows what going on here. The wierd thing is that it used to work on the XP and the mac, no problem and one day it stopped working on the PC. Yes i have tried different usb ports and different PC's. I have repaired the drive using the mac disk utility and formatted it. The format of the drive is as listed under its properties from the mac "get info" reads as follows: FORMAT: Macintosh PC Exchange (MS-DOS). Any idea why it won't work on the PC. (hardware related???)
