printer cannot be removed. Access denied.

I had once used a network printer which was connected via http:
The printer is no longer in service.

When I try to delete the printer, I get the message "Printer cannot be removed. Access denied".

I am using an account with Administrator privs and UAC turned off.

Any solution on how to get rid of this printer (sans going through the registry)?

CNBarnes,

I highly recommend turning UAC on. It could even fix your issue. To do things that require Administrator Privileges in vista you need to right click and Run as Administrator.
