Trojan stole my admin account

A trojan horse has stolen my admin account and given me a poxy friggen limited account which is like constantly running into a brick wall. I can instal and uninstal and thats about it. I've backed up everything I need to. Will running the OS disk repair work or will I need to completly reformat the HD ?

Try posting this in the Malware forum, they might be able to get rid of the trojan without re-installing windows :)
