XP freezes

For some reason my XP pro keeps freezing up on me.Even CTL+ALT+Del doesnt work! This HP Omnibook 6000 is old,very used & it seems like I'm always having problems with it!
I run Advanced Windows Care,Spybot,Adaware,ccCleaner, & AVG everyother day.As well as keep them all updated.I also use Firefox instead of IE.
Panda Activescan found nothing.Here are the logs to the other programs I ran.....

OK However,when I ran Hijackthis a error or something popped up.Here's what it said....
