My video card is a Radeon 9600PRO. Can someone tell me how to update my drivers in detail?

http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

Select your version of Windows, select Radeon in the second box, select the 9600 Series in the third box.
Then download the file in Option 1 and run it. Reboot when prompted, give it a couple of minutes, job done.
