Suspicious Error Pop-up

When using Firefox I get a suspicious pop-up error dialog box (not in the browser, but on the lower right side of the screen) that continuously re-appears no matter how many times I close it.

I have updated and run the following malware prevention SW: Norton AV, spyware blaster, spybot, scotty.

I also updated XP.

The dialog box says

Error 0184225: (message)
Close Button
