probable virus that is impossible to detect

I've run through all of the steps on the "read this before posting" and now I have a hijackthis list of processes. My computer is running really slowly, not so much on the internet from page to page, but when I open a word document and itunes at the same time, for example, it will freeze up and I have to end tasks using alt-ctl-del.

I've caught a few trojans with my antispyware and my symantec antivirus, but I think there is still one I'm not finding.
