Hello,

Every time I attempt to send emails from my comcast, or when opening certain sites, my firefox crashes. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling, but the problem persists. Here is the error report:

[b]AppName: firefox.exe AppVer: 1.8.20070.25881 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 312e3532

Any advice would be much obliged.

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi jeffromauro...

Does the Safe Mode Firefox have the same problem?

Click Start, then All Programs, point to Mozilla Firefox, and choose Firefox (Safe Mode).

Uninstalling and reinstalling the application has absolutely no impact on your Profile, which is
where most problems develop, so you could also try a new profile.
