When I start up my computer, and log on, it takes my start menu about a minute to open when i press the button. From then on it works fine.

Scan you pc for viruses and check hd (chkdsk). I had alike problem with context menu (it was very slow), the problem was in bad sectors on hd.

Well I just scanned with a new scanner, and found something that the other ones didn't. It says that it found a Trojan.
