I am trying to help her out, her internet has been compromised. This file has been identified by Kaspersky on October 9th. They don't know how they got infected. Unable to get them to run the hijack log but Kaspersky is asking to delete the .exe files. Looks like most if not all .exe files are infected.

Any suggestions?
