I have tried the suggestions suggested in the sticky (except for the restore point flush.. -I created a restore point, but don't see any extra tabs available to flush the older ones))..
I also tried to use SDFix, but cannot get past the safe mode keyboard failure (I've tried 3 different keyboards, my wireless logitech, a standard wired one, and a usb).. -I can use the keyboard to select safe mode, but when I open SDFix, I can't select Y for yes, and the mouse freezes.
AVG scan found a lot, as did SUPER anti-spyware..
My PC is definitely better, but I just had a pop-up within the last few hours..

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Never mind, I fixed all problems with SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot, BitdefenderScan, Panda Active Scan, CCleaner. Avenger, and others.
Big thanks to all who responded... - (none!)
