Guys,

I am using windows xp sp2. I want to disable my mouse right button. I heard its possible by editing in registry. Please some one help.

You could always just physically tape the button down. It won't be like tapping a keyboard button down where it constantly repeats the key entry until the button is released. Therefore taping it down will "disable" it.
