Heh, saw it about a week ago in an Israeli Gadget site. Pretty cool, although I don't want to know what happens when you get caught under the rain!

I checked it out at ThinkGeek and the stuff is removable so you can wash it. No worries, plus they are only AAA batteries.

Ah, but it's not the voltage that kills, but the right amount of current through the right part of the body. :)
