Hi 1st time user,

My internet is running so slow and in the windows task manager the iexplore.exe is running at 114,404k is this normal or do i have i virus.. I also tried to terminate this in my guest log in and it just keeps coming back!!!
Also i have run a virus check with ntl and spyware but have files it cant scan C:\WINDOWS\Temp\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\SPMVWTY7\valert[1].ui
Some files in this archive could not be scanned because they are password protected. The real-time protection will automatically scan the files when you extract them from the archive.??/

How do i do this

Regards :)
