I'm not using a router.
I have two computers here using PPPoE connection type. IP is good even the subnet mask.

Go to Start -> Run -> type "cmd" without the quotes and hit enter.
In the prompt type "ipconfig /all > c:\ipconfig.txt" without the quotes and hit enter.

Go to My Computer -> C:\

Look for the file named ipconfig.txt, open it, and paste it into a post please.

Edited to fix the space, thank you kamille

The cause of your limited connectivity is this:

Autoconfiguration IP Address. . . : 169.254.171.108

You need to get an IP address that is will work. The address you have is one Windows assigns if it cannot get an address from a DHCP server. I am assuming that you probably have a router or just a cable modem?

First step is I would go to Start -> Run -> type "cmd" without quotes, hit enter
type "ipconfig /release" without quotes, hit enter
then type "ipconfig /renew" without quotes, hit enter.

Then follow the steps above and report the ipconfig.txt
