Panda program you guys recommended doesn't remove the infections it detects unless you buy the program. So here are the infections please advise how to remove. I've been waiting to hear back but nothing so far and other posts that have come after me have been responded to.

Hi hillflower, sorry about the late reply, your Panda log shows mostly cookies, Spybot and AdAware would take care of those, are you experiencing any problems? We use Panda as a scanning tool only then we remove the entries manually. The only file you want to delete here is;
C:\Program Files\Online Services\PeoplePC\ISP5900\Dll\RAS.DLL

If you post a HijackThis report I can take a look at it and make sure you disease free.
