I have a couple videos that I would like to put on my Motorola SLVR L7C. I would like to know what steps I would need to take to do this. What format do the videos have to be in? Does it require a certain application?

Also, when I plug my phone into the computer and try to use Motorola Phone Tools to create multimedia, the Multimedia option is not available. Because I can't access that, using Phone Tools to add custom ringtones and various files is not an option. I am still able to add music and pictures manually though. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I talked to Motorola and they said that Motorola Phone Tools should work fine with my SLVR to add Multimedia with it. I have all the updates for the program too
