hey i want to install some cool mods for GTA vice city but when i download the mods, i unzip it and read the readme. It says put these certain files into the image file called gta3.img using an image editing software. I tried using Alcohol120% put i couldn't since it was not an image editing software! how can i get an image editing software??? any websites or any programs i can buy?
